The Students are Revolting
I was working on this Tee last week when I hear on the news that those lazy bloody students in London finally got off their bone idle behinds and took to the streets.
Good on them ! By the looks of it it was more like a fashion shoot than a riot if that girl in the leather jacket is anything to go by.
Anyway get yourselves over to the POPLA STORE and buy one for the student in your life or maybe for yourself .
Those with a vague semblance of technical knowledge of garment adornment will notice this Tee is screen printed - yes, Popla now has the facilities for simple screen printing so watch this space for more products to follow.

In The MIst
Spent an enjoyable evening last night at the Key Arena in Seattle as the Gorillaz were in town.
I'd never paid much mind to the band - kind of liked the idea of their concealed identities/cartoon persona's and what not, but not really listened to them.
My 10 year old son however loves them so he is the reason I went along.
I hadn't been to a concert at an arena for about 20 years so it was a bit of a shock - this was the second shock after pre-buying the tickets last month.
I suppose I can see where some of my money went , they had a slew of 'guests' : Bobby Womack , De La Soul ( pictured & who were incidentally the last band I saw at an arena - London Docklands circa 1989 ) , a brass section , a violin section , an arab section , two guys from The Clash ( must be augmenting their pensions ? I saw them last at Hammersmith Odeon in 1982 ) , some rather tiresome british rappers and a chinese singer. This coupled with some 'pukka visuals' as we used to say back in the day.
I thought I'd be the oldest swinger in town but no , there was older folk than I there.
It was good to smell someone puffing an L too - ahhh , took me back.........
